THE EVOLUTION OF EVOLUTO

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

- Peak Analogue®

Evoluto® celebrates mechanical connection. We create ground-up re-engineering programmes executed with manufacturer-level discipline, pairing romance with rigour.

The 355 by Evoluto® preserves the essential beauty of a 1990s icon while elevating every interaction through materials, method and measurement.

Structure is renewed, responses are clarified, and every component is considered for integrity, serviceability and longevity.

The aim is simple: clarity at the wheel and integrity in the object—modern in execution, analogue in feeling.

- The Authors

CAE & Design of the 355 by Evoluto rear Engine mount

Engineering by DRVN. Design by CALLUM.

Evoluto is the meeting of two complementary cultures. DRVN Advanced Engineering brings OEM-grade development, validation and documentation; CALLUM, led by Ian Callum CBE, brings a design practice dedicated to fidelity over flourish.

Together, they pursue one idea without compromise: a modern analogue experience expressed with present-day precision—proportion that reads calm, surfaces that resolve, details that serve airflow, serviceability and the way the car is perceived in light.

- Engineered From First Principles

Every programme begins at structure. The base vehicle is prepared in dedicated fixtures and measured to manufacturer-grade tolerances.

Composite reinforcement is fused into the architecture at defined nodes to optimise load paths; exterior closures are re-engineered in carbon fibre to reduce mass and sharpen response; a bespoke tubular rear structure adds precision and service access.

Outcomes are empirical and documented: torsional stiffness +23% and overall body efficiency +13% —a platform that communicates with uncommon clarity and supports the analogue experience with modern integrity.

Engineering from first principles

- Mechanical Voice, Modern Control

355 by Evoluto engine bay

At its heart, a naturally aspirated 3.5-litre V8—production-intent 420 PS—calibrated for precision at small openings, clean progression through the mid-range and a free, confident sweep to the top of the rev band.

Geometry is engineered for immediacy without nervousness; damping, co-developed with specialists, provides quiet authority over road and circuit. Braking, wheels and tyres are specified for repeatable confidence and progressive balance.

- Design Thesis

Evoluto and CALLUM approach an icon with a light hand and a disciplined eye. Clarity begins at the front: deeper, fully integrated apertures and a splitter that reads as part of the primary surface; LED pop-up headlamps greet with a crisp DRL signature.

In profile, intent is carried by air as much as line—the door intake is framed for efficient flow and visual restraint; the exterior release is a flush-depress mechanism engineered for a precise, satisfying action. The silhouette remains unmistakable; the expression is confidently present.

- Commission

Commissioning & Atelier Suite

Each 355 by Evoluto® is authored as a private commission. In direct collaboration with the DRVN design team, colour, materials and jewellery are tailored until the specification resolves into a singular expression—calm, exact, unmistakably yours.

Engineering sign-off preserves the car’s mechanical intent. Visual carbon may remain exposed in gloss, satin or matte; curated Heritage, Exclusive and Signature palettes sit alongside Paint-to-Sample. The objective is not variety for its own sake, but coherence—an object that feels authored.

- Ownership

Evoluto is engineered to be driven. Documentation is meticulous and serviceability is designed in from first principles. Each 355 by Evoluto® is delivered with a two-year, 20,000-mile warranty.

Concierge support extends well beyond handover, with private viewings available at DRVN Advanced Engineering in Coventry and in selected global locations. The promise is consistent: modern integrity in process and support, analogue fidelity in the drive.
